Hey, I’m Ashley, but when it’s time to create, you can call me Blush—your virtual nail tech. I’m the hands and heart behind every Moondipped set. If it’s bold, custom, and drippin’ in detail, I probably made it with a playlist on and a vision in mind.
Nails have always been my thing. They’re more than polish or gems. They’re power. They’re expression. They’re the “you saw these?” moment when someone can’t stop staring at your hands.
I created Moondipped because I was over basic nails that didn’t reflect the energy. I wanted to serve the girls who bring main character vibes to every room. The ones who know that nails are an extension of the mood

FAQs
✦ What if I don’t know my nail sizes?
If you don’t have your sizes on file, you can purchase a sizing kit to find your exact fit.
Sizing kits are automatically included with custom orders if your sizes aren’t already on file. Follow the instructions, send your numbers back, and we’re locked in. If you are a custom set customer, your sizes are kept on file for future orders.
If you’re shopping ready-to-ship, you can use our size chart to choose a standard size (XS–XL) or go with a 20-piece set for more flexibility.
✦ I don’t want to wait on a sizing kit…can I still figure out my sizes?
You can, but with a lil’ disclaimer. If you’re in a rush or just don’t feel like waiting on a sizing kit, you can try the coin method instead. That means using everyday coins (like a penny, dime, or nickel) to measure the width of your natural nails and match them to a general size chart. It’s not exact, but it gets you close enough to order.
If you’re shopping ready-to-ship, you can choose from our standard sizes (XS–XL), which are based on real client sizing and can be matched using our size chart. If you’re unsure, you can also purchase a sizing kit for a more accurate fit.
You can also go with our 20-piece sets, which include extra sizes to give you more flexibility in finding your best fit without needing a sizing kit.
That said—we always recommend the sizing kit for the best fit. Using coins or guessing your sizes can lead to nails not fitting correctly, and Moondipped is not responsible for sizing issues on orders placed without a sizing kit. All sales are final, so double check your measurements before submitting.

✦ How long do the nails last?
Your set can last 2 to 3 weeks per wear with proper prep and application. They’re reusable too, so you can run that look back anytime. Remove gently, clean them, and keep them safe in your Moondipped box. These sets are built to last more than one slay.
✦ What’s the turnaround and production time?
For Custom Sets:
Every set is handcrafted to match your style, so same-day or rush orders are not offered.
• If you need a sizing kit, production begins once your sizes are received and confirmed.
• If your sizes are already on file, production begins after your inspiration and deposit are submitted.
Production time is typically 7–10 business days, not including shipping.
Once your set is complete and your final balance is paid, your order will be shipped via UPS with tracking. You’ll receive an email as soon as it’s on the way.
For Ready-To-Ship:
Ready-to-ship sets are already made, so there’s no production wait.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via UPS with tracking. You’ll receive an email once your order is on the way.
If you ordered a 20-piece set, it will ship as-is and is ready to wear upon arrival.
For The Cosmic Edit:
Cosmic Edit sets are pre-made and released in limited drops.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via UPS with tracking. You’ll receive an email once your order is on the way.
All sets are available in preset sizes (XS–XL) and are sold as-is. Once a set is gone, it will not be restocked.
✦ Are my nails reusable?
Yes you can. Remove gently, clean them, and keep them safe in your Moondipped box. These sets are built to last more than one slay.
✦ Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Moondipped is for bold girls with bold taste. You’ll upload inspo at checkout and can also send pics and notes to hello@moondippednails.com with your name so I know it’s yours. No inspo, no set.

The Cosmic Edit is Moondipped’s monthly drop of pre-made, limited sets inspired by that month’s DIPPED.FM playlist.
Each drop is built around a specific mood and released in preset sizes (XS–XL). No customization, no wait — just ready when you are.

DIPPED.FM is the monthly playlist behind every Moondipped moment.
Each one is built around a specific mood and sets the tone for that month’s Cosmic Edit — from the colors to the designs to the overall energy.
It’s not just a playlist. It’s part of the experience.
✦ How are the nails shipped?
Via UPS from Florida with tracking. You’ll get a tracking number once your set ships. U.S. shipping only for now.
✦ What’s your refund or return policy?
All sales are final. These nails are handmade just for you, so double-check your sizing and inspo before locking it in.
Ready To Ship Sets
Moondipped sizing is based on our specific molds and measurements. While we follow standard nail tip numbering, sizing may vary slightly depending on the shape and length selected.
Just like clothing or shoe sizing, press-on sizing is not universal across all brands or even across different shapes.
For The Cosmic Edit and other pre-made sets sold in preset sizes, sizing is sold as listed and cannot be adjusted after purchase. If you’re unsure of your measurements, we strongly recommend purchasing a Moondipped sizing kit for the best fit.
