Hey, I’m Ashley, but when it’s time to create, you can call me Blush—your virtual nail tech. I’m the hands and heart behind every Moondipped set. If it’s bold, custom, and drippin’ in detail, I probably made it with a playlist on and a vision in mind.
Nails have always been my thing. They’re more than polish or gems. They’re power. They’re expression. They’re the “you saw these?” moment when someone can’t stop staring at your hands.
I created Moondipped because I was over basic nails that didn’t reflect the energy. I wanted to serve the girls who bring main character vibes to every room. The ones who know that nails are an extension of the mood

I’m not here to mass-produce. I’m here to craft. Whether it’s your birthday, a girls’ trip, a shoot, or just because… your nails should match your energy. Period.
✦ How does this work?
Easy. You drop your deposit, fill out the form at checkout, and email your inspo to hello@moondippednails.com with your name. If I don’t already have your nail sizes, I’ll ship you a sizing kit. Once your sizing is confirmed, your set gets made and shipped. Custom. Drippin’. Dipped.
✦ What if I don’t know my nail sizes?
That’s what the sizing kit is for. If I don’t have your sizes on file, you’ll get a kit in the mail after checkout. Follow the instructions, send your numbers back, and we’re locked in.
✦ I don’t want to wait on a sizing kit…can I still figure out my sizes?
You can, but with a lil’ disclaimer. If you’re in a rush or just don’t feel like waiting on a sizing kit, you can try the coin method instead. That means using everyday coins (like a penny, dime, or nickel) to measure the width of your natural nails and match them to a general size chart. It’s not exact, but it gets you close enough to order.
That said—we always recommend the sizing kit for the best fit. Using coins or guessing your sizes can lead to nails not fitting correctly, and Moondipped is not responsible for sizing issues on orders placed without a sizing kit. All sales are final, so double check your measurements before submitting.

✦ How long do the nails last?
Your set can last 2 to 3 weeks per wear with proper prep and application. They’re reusable too, so you can run that look back anytime. Remove gently, clean them, and keep them safe in your Moondipped box. These sets are built to last more than one slay.
✦ What’s the turnaround and production time?
Every set is handcrafted to match your style, so please note I don’t offer same-day or rush orders.
Here’s the breakdown:
• If you need a sizing kit: production starts once I receive your sizes back.
• If your sizes are already on file: your set goes into production after your inspo and deposit payment are received.
Production time is 7 to 10 business days, not including shipping.
Shipping is via UPS with tracking, and you’ll receive an email once your set is on the way.

Yes you can. Remove gently, clean them, and keep them safe in your Moondipped box. These sets are built to last more than one slay.

✦ Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely. Moondipped is for bold girls with bold taste. You’ll upload inspo at checkout and can also send pics and notes to hello@moondippednails.com with your name so I know it’s yours. No inspo, no set.
✦ How are the nails shipped?
Via UPS from Florida with tracking. You’ll get a tracking number once your set ships. U.S. shipping only for now.
✦ What’s your refund or return policy?
All sales are final. These nails are handmade just for you, so double-check your sizing and inspo before locking it in.
